How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Every order placed on Rory Mac ships free within the United States. No minimum purchase required. Free shipping is included on every order, every time.

Rory Mac is a US-based jewelry business headquartered in Lutz, Florida.
What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We stand behind the quality of every piece we ship. If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it at no cost to you. Return shipping for defective items is always on us.
What is your return policy?

How long does it take to get my refund after returning an item?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No. At this time, Rory Mac ships exclusively within the United States.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
Absolutely. If you'd like to swap your piece for a different style or size, email us at info@rorymac.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help arrange the exchange.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
All jewelry items are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I get refund for store credit or gift card?
Store credit and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
How can I track my order?

What happens if my package is stolen or lost in transit?
We understand how frustrating a missing delivery can be.
