At Rory Mac, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we've made returning it straightforward and stress-free.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
From the date your order arrives, you have a full 30 days to request a return. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original state, and sent back with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. We believe returns should be fair — that's why we never charge restocking fees.
What's Covered
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Item Condition: Unworn, original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
- Restocking Fee: None — $0, always.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Sent: We cover it. If your jewelry arrives damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered, return shipping is on us.
- Changed Your Mind: If the piece isn't quite right for you, or you'd like a different style, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Reach Out: Send us an email at info@rorymac.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return.
Prepare Your Package: Carefully place the item back in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Ship It Back: Follow the return instructions we'll send you via email. Use the carrier or method we recommend to ensure safe delivery.
How Refunds Work
Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets the conditions above. After approval, we'll process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Store credit and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. All jewelry items are eligible for return as long as they meet the conditions described above.
